Short and sweet! My sisters asked for a high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout to do at home. Here it is! You can use this workout in several ways.
1) Stand alone and up to 20 minutes repeating rounds up to 4 times
2) Warm up for an outside walk/jog/run
3) Conditioning ending for a lifting workout
Regardless of how you use this, you will sweat! I strongly encourage you to enlist a friend to do it with you. I did this with my little sister and her husband. We made it 3 rounds!
