Reformer Move of the Week #3 | Torso Twist Combo

Regardless of my pregnancy, Pilates is always challenging us instructors to be creative and keep our clients guessing. I will often scroll the social platforms and search my favorite hashtags. I came across this gem and had to feature it as a move of the week!

To be honest, I was all shaky-armed after filming this for almost 30-40 minutes! Disclaimer - I had done a mini weight-floor lift with shoulder presses, narrow seated rows, hamstring curls and dumbbell goblet squats right before. I gave myself a good 10-15 min reformer warm up before filming, but GEEZE-OW, I talked about this all afternoon!

I love how this marries strength with the slow movements and core control necessary. I hope you love these!
