Workout Wednesday | #3

Here we go! Hopefully you are caught up with weeks 1 and 2. No one will hunt you down if not, but get them done, let's stay on track! As usual, these are short workouts to get your heart rate up, gain strength and keep the COVID quarantine lbs away! As we all work through the craziness of 2020, I hope these at home minis can keep you engaged and ready for more. I'll keep them 30-45 minutes and limited equipment necessary.

For this weeks workout Wednesday (on a Friday), you get dumbbells and yoga! I was super excited to do this one and I hope you love it too. We need a light to medium set of dumbbells (5-12) and a yoga mat. No mat, no worries, just use a towel! Get ready to set up some mood lighting and let's go! 40 minutes start to finish. OH, but don't forget to do a short cardio warm up before! Take a walk/jog around the block!
